Hannah is a Fortune 500 C-suite executive with more than 20 years of experience leading transformation, marketing, digital strategy, client experience, culture, reputation, crisis communications and brand initiatives. A dual UK/US national, she has deep knowledge of regulatory and governance matters and experience operating in international markets. Hannah is currently Senior Advisor to State Street (NYSE: STT) having retired from the firm in November 2020 after a 22-year career with the Company, including 12 as its Chief Marketing Officer.
Hannah also served as executive sponsor of State Street Pride, the Company’s LGBTQ employee network; executive sponsor of its Asian Professional Alliance; a founder of Leading Women, a sponsorship program for senior women, and was an advisory board member for State Street’s Professional Women’s Network.
Hannah has been named to American Banker’s list of “Top 25 Most Powerful Women in Banking” in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020; to OUTstanding’s list of top LGBTQ allies for the past five years; and to the HERoes Champions of Women in Business lists of female role models helping to increase gender diversity for the past four years.
