The company was founded by David Butcher. He has worked in the sector for 25 years, starting his career in consultancies, where he launched Citywire.co.uk and Moneysupermarket.com, before specialising in investment management and long-term savings, with senior roles at businesses such as Fidelity International and M&G Investments.
He holds an M.Phil in History from the University of Birmingham, is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, publishes the popular annual Readability Report, and is a regular commentator on communications in the media.
