Our plan is to make reboot. a long running platform that celebrates the positive change we are hoping will become permanent.  Success for us is that we continue having a positive and forthcoming dialogue between ethnic minorities, allies and senior leadership teams across the UK and drive for a positive change-making to resolve the uncomfortable issue of race in the workplace.

These videos have been recorded over the past 18 months and use the term BAME. During that time, concern has grown around its use and we recognise these concerns. We do not plan to use it in materials we create in future.
